Free Training Point Buyback...??

I was away for March Break, just logged on this morning from work and saw there was the free training point buyback started on the 20th.
I logged in and it's not there for me...
Is it over already?

When will the next training point buyback occur? I really need one, but I don't want to spend 8,000 crowns on it.

They won't reveal or promise anything, but judging by the past, special bonuses will likely cycle through 2-3 times a year.
