My quest is gone!!

Well, I waited to play The Professor storyline at the end of Zafaria main storyline, but I had already started the first quest of The Professor, and then one day the quest was gone from my Current Quests and The Professor and his Telegraph box isn't in Zafaria anymore... Can someone help me?

Hello,

The B.O.X.E.S. event is only available for a limited time. When it returns, you can repeat the quest and finish it.

my player kane earthtalon doesn't have any quests why is this I was lastly in zafaria but no quest are in my book
