Burning rampage says it suppose to hit 2 rounds later after the first hit. Which means it a 3 round spell: 1.First hit 2. New round ( 0 ) damage 3.Final and third round 2 rounds later ( 700 )
But as of now from first it hiting the next round instead of waiting a entire round then hitting causing a unfair winable strategy from first.
