Im playing as a balance wizard and was wounder could you crit on every hit as a balance wizard like you can with fire
Critical hit is based on the boosts you can get from gear, pets, jewels, spells etc. It's possible, with the right gear, to critical just as often (theoretically) with a Balance wiz as it is with any other school. And FYI, seldom will any wizard get a critical hit EVERY time and when you get to a high enough level that you're getting close to that point you're just as likely to get critically blocked as well. At level 60+ you'd be better off concentrating on damage and pierce boosts rather than critical chance.
Yes I bet you you could. With the best critical balance gear, a critical pet, a critical wand, and a critical athame and ring. Also, if that doesn't bring you to max, you could but critical jewels in all the items you can. So probably yes. Micheal Dragonblade level 95
