Gardening badge glitch? or am i missing something

On my fire wizard I am a rank 9 gardener and I only have 3 badges out of 9 that I should have. Currently have the Novice, Intermediate, and Master gardener badge and I'm missing the rest? I know you can only display your current rank gardening badge, but I'm not seeing the other six badges between novice and master

You can't display past gardening badges.

I know that, but on the badge listing I only have 3 of them when I should have 9(?) it should be showing 6 more badges but it does not.
