Question on Krokotopia Crafting

I did the crafting quest in Krokotopia but when I tried to talk to Wul'yahm he just said again "Return to me when you're done and I'll give you the badge." It even says in my quests "Talk to Wul'yahm" but it doesn't work. Can anyone offer help

You must have the items you crafted for the quest in your backpack when you go to turn in the quest.
