Azteca Bug? I have finish all me quest and working on crafting gear. While at Azteca I found the bridge down so I could NOT talk to Yaxche and found the spider web up in Alto Alto ??

Really like why it is that I can not get to Yaxche and talk to him? I know that it is not quest due the fact i finish this world and done all quest including side quest.
