Ok so the quest Thief of Spells is a balance quest that gives you the spells Elemental Defuse and Spirit Defuse. The goal is to fight Vognir Runetheif. Yes, we all have that battle to gain our level 35 spell. You see his spells; use your shields. Use weakness and balance blade, etc. The battle is not that difficult if you plan for it. If you've trained Storm, use those spells against him. For the minion, which is Ice, use Fire spells. Or better yet, use your sandstorm and judgement on both of them :)

Thanks! I have up to centaur trained in life up to hydra trained in balance I also have reshuffle, all the spirit/elemental blades/shields/traps, balance dispel, and 400 healing to self spell
I have the elemental minions but I find them very stupid so I don't use them.

Really.... Look all you need to do is .... when you first get there through some bird seed on the floor he can't resist it .... Then beat the Gizzards out of him....
No but really It is pretty Easy.... build up your defenses and traps then Let him have it.... Always helps to have friends to....
