Sorry, I am just learning. This may be very naive, but where can I find an explanation of the shared bank? With whom am I sharing? Somewhere I missed this....
Players can now share most items between characters on their own account. Simply go to your Bank in your Dorm room or Castle and you will see a tab for the Shared Bank.
This allows players to exchange items between characters on their account, but not between characters on two different accounts.
Some items cannot be shared and will be marked with the words No Trade.
why is it that I have myself an my aunt on my account an I put stuff in my shared bank an she can not get any of it out an it does not even shoe up in her shared bank is there something im missing or what ????

If you can play wizards at the same time with your wizard and your aunts wizard you actually have 2 accounts but may have them "linked" under Family so you can manage both accounts and take advantage of sub reduction fees, crowns transfers etc. Only the wizards that are shown on your sign on screen, after you enter your signon name and password are yours to pick from or exchange with using the shared bank.
Your shared bank can only be used by the wizards you create on your account - up to 6 wizards.
To access the shared bank go to the bank in your wizards home and it's the third tab on the top of the screen. You will also see ways to put things in your wizards own bank or the shared bank. Not all items can be shared across wizards such as housing and Treasure cards.
