So we're planning to switch a character onto another account in our family accounts. We meet all the requirements but I was wondering if there has ever been anything that has ended up not transferring to the other account. Has there ever been any problems? Just wanna make sure before we switch the character (although I have confidence in Wiz, just wanna check).
Items in your Shared Bank will not Transfer. Your Friends list will not Transfer. Your Crowns Balance will not Transfer. Your last 'Marked' location will not Transfer. Your system settings (Screen Resolution, Nametags on/off etc) will not Transfer. Your Notifications received (like tutorial tips) will not transfer. You may want to set your Tutorial Tips to 'Critical Only' to reduce Merle doddering-ly calling you every time you level.

KI is very magical when it comes to this. We did it one time with one of our wizards and it worked perfectly.
Just make sure you have everything you want moved with the wizard in the backpack and house since this is what the wizard actually it connected to.
No, however if you are online when we do the transfer, you will be logged off with a message that an administrator has accessed your account.
All of the rules and requirements are explained when you get approval for the request, and any further questions you have regarding your private account matters should be only communicated through email to support@wizard101.com
We haven't gotten a reply at all. If the request is rejected do they tell you or just not give you any answer?
I think that they would have responded in some way, to let you know "yes or no" on the transfer.
Go back to your e-mail acknowledgement that you received from them. Use that same e-mail, and send a "reply" to them. You should go down to the "bracket area" in their acknowledgement, and ask them to do a follow-up on the status of your transfer. When you use the "bracket area" in their acknowledgement, this won't open a whole new ticket, and it also gives them all of you details in the lower section of the acknowledgement.
I recently asked for a transfer, and they were extremely quick to handle it. It is very unusual for them to take this long with your request. Hope things work out okay for you.
