Why was the big wc house's name changed?

Just what the title says. It used to be called the forested mansion but now ever since a couple updates ago it's now called the royal playhouse and I would like to know why that is if you can tell me the reason that is to say of course. Thanks in advance.

Young Wizard, that was several years ago, and as many people have noticed, it not only was not actually 'forested' it contained a theater playhouse.

The name was changed in 2009 to better reflect the actual description of the house.
