How should I allocate my training points? I am a 56 that was fully trained in and was training in . I had Fortify and Gobbler and Mander. I primarily do PVE since I suck at PVP (I have less than 190 PVP rating).
I want my set to be interesting as well as effective. I don't want people to say things like "Anything as long as u train to Satyr cause is frail". Again, I want my set to be interesting.
On another note, what are Mastery Amulets, why would I want some, and how should I get some? I've heard people talk about them on this forum but. . .
Mastery amulets allow you to use power pips for another school. I personally don't think you should bother using training points for off school attack spells. to feint, to satyr, damage boosts + sharp/potent, stun block, elemental or spirit blades, applicable auras. Those are generally effective for PvE of any school. isn't needed for wizards mostly.
First of you need to buy back your points because moon school spells are a very bad investment. Second have you gotten all of the sun school damage buffs? If not get them but skip the accuracy ones. Then get your life spells back. And last but certainly not least get feint from Dworgn in nightside. 70% damage is REALLY good. Get any star school spells you think are useful and reliable now and later on like infallible or empowerment.

I'm not very good at interesting, but I might be able to help with the effective part. My basic formula with all of them is this:
RavenWood Schools:
Life to Sprite or Satyr (Unless wizard is already life)
Death to Feint (Unless wizard is already death)
Ice to Tower Shield (Unless wizard is already ice)
Astral Schools:
Sun to Colossus
Star to Fortify (So far, might go higher)
No moon. Had a rude awakening after I had already bought a ton of Moon spells and realized they were useless.
Shadow Spells:
Sorry, I know nothing about Shadow spells so if you need to know anything about them I am no help...
As for Mastery Amulets, as far as I know the only ones that are worth it are Life and Myth. (Myth if you pvp, and you don't, so I don't suggest this one)

I would not train Life to Satyr if you don't have a mastery for it, and you don't really need it trained if you carry TC.
I would not train Ice at all if you don't PvP. Tower isn't needed questing, and it's easy to get as a TC.
For PvE only, Storm should definitely train: Life to sprite Elemental blade Sun to Colossal Life to sprite Galvanic Potent Trap Sharpen Blade
You'll get the most useful shadow spell -- Shrike -- for free.
Consider elemental trap, death up to feint, Primordial, reshuffle, weakness, but you can get TCs for all of those as needed. Other aurae like mend, empowerment, fortify, infallible can be useful in some situations, but you might want to try them first as TC and see how they fit your playing style before investing points.

I think I like your suggestions the best. Thank you, for suggesting.
