I have two files on my account and one mount so I just put my mount in my shared bank and I went to my other file and it wasn't there so I went back to the first account to check my regular bank, then I checked my inventory and it was no where to be found..... has this happened to anyone else???
You can use the Shared Bank to share items between characters on the same game account. You cannot use it to share items between two different game accounts.
