75% tower shield?!?!?!

Hey guys, so I was just in a pvp match against some guy and I would of won but here's the thing: I had a blade, a feint, and a infallible up, ready to hit from first and it would've killed him but he used that round a 75% version of tower shield and I lost a match because of it. Is this a hack or what?!

No hack, there are a few items that give -75% Tower Shield.
The Thane's wand and helm (I think or boots) both give -75% Tower Shield cards.
There are bound to be more items that do too.

Some items give a 75% version of the tower shield, however I believe it costs a pip. The only other way to get a 75% tower shield is from Ice's Abominable Weaver.
