I've been checking the Bazaar for this but I never see it. I'm wondering if it's still in the game, or maybe rarer than other stuff?

Are there any other good options for a level 26 Death wizard?

Thanks. It seems hard to find. I'm almost 30 now so I'm just moving on to something better :) I probably shouldn't be buying new gear every 5 levels anyway!
