in unicorn way there is a side quest that Private Connelly gives you (after some other side quests) that has some major wizard of oz references with Mr. Toto and Dorothy and a quick reference to flying monkeys. the side quest is called "yellow brick road" and its a small, quick, and pointless little quest but i think its awesome with the references! if you need more information to get the quest feel free to look it up.
