I am trying to find the war of the clans book. 99% done here, where can I find the book?

The book is with Kagemoosha in The Tree of Life. This link shows the quest that takes you to him:

Look in your quest log to see which section it's in. Then look at the section on your map, and go to the biggest boss you fight in that section.
