Well, I'm not ice nor have I ever made an ice But i think i can help you out. If you go to the bazaar and go under ice treasure cards- there is nothing stopping you from getting anything there. You can get frost giant, snow angel, there is no level limit to tc. It might get costy, though. Its always better to shield and boost attacks- so if you can't seem to get those spells the tc versions are usually cheaper.
