So I found a helmet recipe vendor in grotto, celestia and I crafted it and it's amazing. Are there any other armor recipe vendors in celestia that are as good or better?

You will find a lot of venders scattered around celestia ibuy my chlothes at the bazaar they do much more better clothes in my opinion
