Hello everybody This is my second board and i would like to know what would be a good strategy for ice in PvE and maybe PvP. Yes i know the cards don't always cooperate but at least i would like to know what spells i need to have on my deck. Tresure cards too (hello what if there is an emergency). And my plans are always improvised and how can IT be a plan if IT is improvised.
My spells:
You probably know this if you watched my first board but here it goes:
planning to get elemental blade
all, newest one i got is frost giant i think
none planing to get up to feint
until fire trap (don't have meteor shower planning to maybe get it)
none i need to check the spells
all exept sanctuary
planing to get a good deck
the one before giant, giant, keen eyes and accurate
none not planning to get any of them
none they look cool i'm planning to get at least the ones in the celestia base camp
Now for those who think wow thats so much points wow, well i want to get crowns to get mr. lincoln ( most vendors would rather get gold but no he needs crowns). Expecting good answers just like the last one
i am a lvl 70 ice wizard and my way of defeating enemies is that i put a iceblade and a elemental blade on me then i either do battleforst or put traps on all the enemies. I also use the star spell that gives you 15% more attack damage. Then after i get all my stuff i put a sun strength on my snow angel which for you would use frost giant. - Amber hawksong the lvl 70 ice wizard
I have a level 90 ice. She is one of my favorite wizards. I don't PvP. So can only offer advice for PvE.
I trained death to feint. Life to sprite. Some people will say train life to satyr. I don't because by the time I get the 4 pips needed, I can attack, and with all the health ice gets you really don't need to heal that much.
I also trained in the star spells, including berserk from Zafaria because Ice has the health and resists to handle the extra damage.
I used training points for all the damage boost sun school spells (including potent trap and sharpened blade) and the elemental blades and traps from Niles in krok.
By using crafted gear, a pet with proof and defy, and and a few drops from Tartarus, my ice is now immune to fire and has high resist to Storm. In group play she is a tank. During solo play she has enough power to pack a good punch.
I personally wouldn't train in fire unless you have a mastery amulet.
As for my deck, I have mostly blizzards and frost giants as my attacks with a few bigger single hits for boss fights. My side deck is filled with treasure card blades, traps, pierce, and cleanse.
This combination has worked for my style of play. You may want to experiment with what works best for you.
