Game Updates - December 12 2013

Wizard101 will be offline from 3am to 5am Central US time on December 12 2013 to bring you the following game updates:

  • The gate to Nordri will no longer block players who qualify to enter that area

  • The PvP exploit that involved logging out to escape a losing battle has been addressed

  • New Quest!
    If you've completed the quest “Secret Heart” in Khrysalis, talk to Zaltanna the MirrorMask to obtain this NEW quest “Message in a Bottle”. We think you’ll be very happy with the reward and say hi to Allan GhostDust and his pet Lord Snoopie while you’re there. More details about the behind the scenes of this quest will be available in the next few days.

Ooooh, sounds exciting. I love how KI keeps it going. I mean there isn't really an end to the game. That makes it so much more enjoyable. And when you happen to reach a max level before KI comes out with more, there is more activities to do such as repeating fun battles or pvp. This new world is an example of how much KI cares about us, I will have to check it out.

but what if you really have to leave in the middle of a battle? this is just unfair

it should be you do not lose points for logging off in a battle however if you log out in the middle of a battle and log back in within an hour of logging of you lose as many points and it notifies the winner they got their points when the other person logs in.

losing undefeated because of ability to stay online is not good.
