I'm an exalted storm, and I need some advice on gear for pvp.

I currently have/am planning to get:

Malistaire's hat, robe, boots, and wand.
I am getting either storm owl ring or alpha and omega ring.
Blade of the felled titan. (yevgeny wasnt so nice ;-;)
Planning on getting morganthe amulet.

Is there something I'm missing here?

not a PvPer but have you got the 1 pip deck from khrysalis or castle darkmoor

I've already seen that. It's outdated. It doesn't have the Darkmoor gear.

Just get full Darkmoor gear, Alpha and omega

For the deck, Just use bats and Towers up for a shrike > Owl or a New spell finisher.

The problem is the gear. I have full Darkmoor, however, I only have 393 critical, which is rather low for a storm wizard.

The other options (morganthe amulet etc) don't give the right amount of critical.

So the question here is,

where do other storms the same level as me get such great defensive and offensive stats?

You look at a good storm player. Then you take notes of the gear and search it...
