Pack-A-Plooza Glitch?

So, just like many other players I was hyped out the new pack-a-plooza event going on. I went to get my free pack and it said "congratulations you got a Winterglade pack" so I go to open up the game, and when I do, I don't see the gift button. I have restarted the game about 3 times and still cannot find it. Does anyone know what is going on?

Hello,

From what I can see, it looks like you redeemed the pack already and opened it, so it would no longer be in your gift window.

I restarted my computer and for some reason the only reason wiz wasn't "updating" was I had a software update, and nothing could update until it did. I did get my pack and got some very good rewards. Thank you.
