Teacher spells

Im a life wizard and my quests arent showing up from my teacher.Im level 58 and im trying to get ForestLord. I went to my teacher and she didnt have anything .

It's possible you already have a spell quest that you didnt finish

1) did you do your previous spell quest (rebirth)?
2) have you completed the quest 'nordrilund exposure'?
