I caught a Valentine fish today at the Commons. It is called "Be Mine Fish". Fire lure. Sorry I didn't see the XP amount for initial catch. It took a lot of fishing to get it--lots of dekoi and cudas. It looks like a fancy goldfish with large flowing pink fins, a red bow like a headband, and kissing lips. Has any one else caught any other Valentine fish??
