Quests are not working!?

Hello I am a level 66 and i am in zafaria
i go into my book and click a quest i wanna do but, whenever i click it nothing happens
when i mean by nothing happens the arrow to guide me does not pop up neither does the words pop up
why is this happening i am so angry

Some quests do not allow you to use quest helper. What is the name of the quest you are trying to do?
