Assault the Imperial Palace

In the final battle on the Imperial palace me and another player found no one to battle,this seem like another problem as in which you may have to solo it .newport705

I tried it five times with no luck. What worked for me was just to switch to a different and try it again. Good luck!

I have done this quest five times over the past two days. I keep trying because my son made it with no problem. Each time I have tried, Capt. Winters is not available to duel. I cannot move on until I pass this quest. Please help.

I have the same problem on my Jordan Spiritmender wizard.

Tried resetting the dungeon, changing realms, no luck.... im stuck.

Same thing happened to me! He's there as an NPC but not as a boss. I contacted support today and they said that captain winters will be fixed in the next update. Lord only knows how long that will be!
