When you are tasked with speaking to Harold Argleston it says that he is located in Austrilund, in Grizzleheim. That, obviously is not where he is located at.
Thank you for your report. This is a wide spread issue with quests in Wizard City currently. The quest arrow will take you to the correct location, but the text is incorrect. We'll be fixing it in an upcoming update.
