What does someone need to do to talk to a KI representative? I've been trying to contact them myself for several months with no response. There needs to be some sort of live support or a customer service help line.

I agree with this and why is it when we do write and say something about how this game is doing we get laugh at like we know nothing??
You can't. KI Customer support is entirely via email. There is no telephone number to call. I have had few occasions to contact them, for which I am grateful. Being all email it often takes several contacts to resolve things - and isn't quick.
