That quest line from Abigail in Marleybone that makes you run around back and forth. It may not be difficult, but it is so annoying! Also have to say defeating Rasputin (still haven't finished it).
I agree Jotun is way too hard for that point in the game for most players. You will probably need a max player to help with it. Not everyone is able to find a max to help them.
My least fave has been "The Policeman's Ball" just because of the pointless going in and out of the same dungeon for tiny reasons. I don't remember what I got at the end of it.
On the other hand it wasn't that hard to do, it was mostly just badly structured. JMO
