I honestly have no clue what to do or were to start. if you couldjust let me know were I need to go and what to do that would be grand. I did finish the second story arc. my character is jack dragonbreath level100 pyromancer. I think I'm missing a quest or something.
Open your quests menu (press 'Q'), and click through until you find a yellow exclamation mark, with a description something along the lines of finding a quest nearby. Go to Wizard City (I assume you remember how to use Spiral Doors) and click on it. That will take you to the nearest quest, presumably to Merle Ambrose. If that doesn't work, visit the other worlds of the Spiral and use it there to find the storyline quest again.

There is now a third arc for the story, Polaris is the first world. The test realm is up right now for the new world Mirage. I'm pretty sure you can get the quest for Polaris from Merle Ambrose in the commons. Also, you can farm for some of the best gear in the game from the shadow Malistaire in darkmoor, it might be one of the hardest dungeons in the game but you get some of the best gear from it. You can also work on making a pet with the talents that you like.
Go to Merle Ambrose's house, see if he gives you a quest for Polaris. If he does not have one, could you respond back and tell me what's in your quest log? I can tell you how to progress story wise from there.
