I desire to buy the recipe for Calypso. Where is he located?
You must also be a Legendary Artisan before you can even craft Calypso. I am not even sure you can buy the recipe unless you are a Legendary. Of my 12 wizards only 6 have reached the required crafting level. I have not attempted to take any of the remaining wizards to battle the Indigo Giant since they have not reached the requirement.
