Malistaire the "Undying" is the final boss in Azteca, and the final boss in Darkmoor.

I believe you are asking for the location of Malistaire the Undying. He is located in both Azteca and Darkmoor.

He first shows up as the final boss of Azteca in the Xibalba dungeon.

He also shows up as the final boss of the Graveyard dungeon in Castle Darkmoor. You must be at least level 100 to begin your Darkmoor adventures, which start from Dworgyn who resides in the Death school.
