So I am a level 64 death wizard and I wish to farm the lost pages boss in Celestia for the bone dragon but then someone told me I cant ge't get it in Celestia because im over level 59 but I'm not allowed in Avalon yet is it true that i can't get the bone dragon from Celestia anymore?
