If you mean shocked keys, you can get them by gardening key limes. They are also seen in the bazaar-if you are lucky- for about 6000 gold. They are also found in silver chests or fishing chests from Wintertusk into Celestia and on up. Best bet is planting key limes. They have a good drop rate and give more seeds as well. Good luck.
