I have been wondering why can't Sanctuary be 2 pips instead of 3 maybe that is something you can add to the July update because it is weird that Doom and gloom is 2 pips and is just as sanctuary but reversed i believe that sanctuary should be 2 pips instead of 3 because doom is 2. It would be better if sanctuary goes down to 2 pips or doom and gloom goes to 3 pips
Unfortunately making sanctuary 2 pips would destroy mid level pvp as a whole. It's very sad, however mid level is already a turtle war and making sanctuary 2 pips would make it almost impossible to grind down these jades. Doom is 2 pips for very good reason and if we made sanctuary 2 pips say absolute good bye to mid level section of pvp and players. The pvp community has been hurting for a several years now and we stay loyal to Kingsisle, however they have done very little to help us. This juju update is the best update pvp has gotten in years and it's only such a little portion of what needs to be done. Their needs to be corrections with pierce, ramp, shadow attacks, guardian spirit and insane bolt. The biggest misconception is that lore needs to be nerfed, however this is not the case. If lore didn't have a mantle or the spell costed 5 pips, this would balance out the spell by a million. Unfortunately lore is a bit op, however it is really the only good attack balance has for it's universal damage.
