Cancelling auto renewal membership

Hello,

I am a returning player and just bought 12 month membership. I want to cancel the auto renewal however all I can see is "end membership" I clicked it and they make it seem like you will lose your membership rather than the auto renewal. I want to ask if this is the case or if it will just cancel auto renewal?
