For those lower level wizards who worked through the pet promenade event and recieved the fortified grilled cheese recipe. Please add fortified bread snack to the Wizard City vendors. Right now it's sold by Ramin in Mirage. But unless you can get a lift to Mirage then mark it there it's not available to lower level wizards. Sometimes it shows up in the bazaar. But that's hit or miss and it looks like a lot of people are in the same position. It get bought up fast.
