Reverse transmutable alchemical reagents should be a thing.

I just wanted to address the fact that you cannot transmute the Alchemical Reagents backwards.
This process makes perfect realistic sense logically, as to create Alchemical Salts from Alchemical Crystals, you just need to break the crystal with a hammer or something. And, you also should be able to create Alchemical Extracts from salts.
I currently have 298 Extracts, 38 salts and 38 crystals.
Obviously, I do not need 38 crystals. It would make the process of crafting the Dragoon gear much, much less ludicrous if Kingsisle could just add these two recipes into the game. (Which could be sold by Zasha EmbeForge!)
