Wrong Vampire Spellement Absorption

Hallo, Wizards

I tried the new Spellement system and it's awesome

But I have a problem

I powered my Vampire to tier 2 and he should give me 55% health of the dmg, but he stll gives me only 50%
The Damage itself seems to be correct

E.g.:
I do 611 dmg and get 305 health instead of 336

Did I do something wrong or is it a bug?
