I got camp bandit from deluxe spellement pack, but I cannot cast it. No matter how many pips I had, the spell was never available. What should I do? I am level 39, life.
To cast Camp Bandit, you need a Life School Pip. It's part of a mechanic recently introduced called Archmastery. You naturally unlock Archmastery and school pips at level 50, but if you want to use it early, buy an Archmastery jewel from the jewel shop in the Shopping District and slot it into your gear. Then you'll start gaining school pips naturally during battle as you gain power pips
