Where do I go to get my refund for membership?

I didn't know it was on automatic renewal and it took $10 out of my account and I don't play anymore, help please!

No refunds- read the ToS again, as it is clear you did not the first time, or it has been a very long time since you last read it. It is up to you to manage your account and make sure it is not taking money out when you don't want it to.

Talk to customer support. And cancel it under your account here.

You can try the Customer Support tab (Help & Support on main website --> Contact Support), but it is unlikely that they will refund you any money.

If you don't want to continue playing, make sure you choose "Cancel Subscription" and remove your card from your online profile to prevent this from happening next month as well.

As far as I know, they don't do refunds. Also, when you purchase membership, it says that it is a recurring payment.
