For one, your not even in Avalon. Your lvl is 63 and the minimum cap that is required for avalon is 65. Hope this helps you.
Additional Information Once you enter avalon, you have 94 quests in storyline to go when u reach Grady, dont worry though im rooting for ya The quest where you meet Grady is the quest called "Where the Demons Dwell".

If you have a friend with a wizard that has already done the instance with the Indigo Giant and is willing to help you fight him, you will then be able to see Grady. The instance will not give you any additional XP until you do the actual quest but you can port into it.
