Im a bit lost here...Can anyone help me how to get the 2nd shadow pip? I've alrdy defeated Morganthe? is there a quest that gives it out?
Note sure what you mean by "2nd shadow pip". You can receive another shadow pip by chance if you already have one and have not used it yet. But I'm sure you can't go past 2, as I've seen NO ONE with 3 shadow pips.
You need to elaborate more on what you mean by that.
