I have recently come across the quest in celestia, Helping Claw. It's where we have to talk to Senator Nellek. After I beat him in a boss battle, he is not there. I have looked up solutions on trying to fix this and people have said this was fixed. And yet, he's still not there for me. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
You could try posting this in the Halstrom's Lab section to see if there's a solution for you that someone can share. Or else, try opening up a ticket with support to get help from KingsIsle in finishing the quest/fixing the bug.
