There are a lot of updates for PvP and fixes for other issues in the game so probably not before sometime next week at the earliest.

As of the Update Notes, the last day of the Test Realm is July 10. Based on previous Test Realms, it will probably go offline Tuesday afternoon then be added to Live Wednesday morning on the 12th.
