Lost several mounts

I'm currently revisiting the game, and realized I'm missing many mounts I used to own: Wings, Hydras, and Wyverns, all gone. Is there anything I can do?

Do you have any alternative wizards on that account? Have you checked your shared bank and regular bank?

Make sure to check both your bank and your shared bank. If you still cannot find them, I would try sending an email to the KI support team.
