rattlebones duel

so i have two rattlebone master and exalted duels and was wondering what levels i need i needed to be to complete them? i am a lvl 74 storm

You don't NEED to be at any level, it is only recommended. Master duel is recorded level 40 and up. Exalted is a hundred an up.
