Hi fellow angler the only place I know of is in Dragonspyre ,go to the Atheneum and it's to your right .Talk to Yuri Smokesnare.The only aquariums are the lava ones that I know of ,Hope this helped you out .

One of the fisher bears in Grizzleheim has recipes for aquariums. He's on the near side of the river, next to the fort wall.
