Jewels with "%" modifier have the % sign displayed in brackets

Jewels with a percent modifier have the percent sign shown in brackets (e.g. Lustrous Accurate Amethyst +11[%] ) both on the jewels page in the Backpack, and in the Quick Sell UI display. I don't believe the percent sign used to be in brackets before.

Doesnt seem like much a big deal. It may or may not be a bug and be fixed sooner or later.
